A full day is 9 hrs, half day 4 1/2 hrs, and 3/4 day is 6.5hrs regardless of shift, which may include lunch and two snacks depending on the child’s arrival and departure times.

To schedule for all programs:

To guarantee space, parents must submit their child’s written schedule ( for at least two sessions/week), and payment by 12 noon Thursday, for the following week.  Booking may be done on a 15 minute interval ie. 8:45am - 5:15 pm.  Any schedules received after the Thursday deadline at noon, or requests for additional hours will be processed on Monday morning until noon, based on availability of space. * If there is a holiday the schedule deadline moves ahead one day. 

Parents must also indicate their desire for the daily supper service, by submitting it with their child’s weekly schedule.  Breakfast may be requested upon arrival at the daycare.  Meals will be charged to the account the following week.
* Parents accessing the "wish list option", agree to abide by the "wish list contract".

Reserve Fees:

If your child does not attend the minimum 2 x / week , families can maintain their  full time enrollment status by paying a reserve fee - This is $13.50 / session for Infant - Jk  and $5.00 per day for school age.

Vacation  - All families are eligible for 4 weeks vacation (4 consecutive days off) per calendar year (January to December).   Families who use more than the 4 weeks vacation are responsible to "reserve their full time enrollment status".  The exception is the Christmas /Boxing Day week. .  New families who begin Jan - June would be eligible for 4 weeks . Those who begin  July - Dec would be eligible for 2 weeks.

Sick Credits/ Penalty fees:

There is no reimbursement for cancelled days.  Parents only receive credits for the days following the first booked day when the child is ill.  Parents are requested to notify the daycare when the child will be returning.  A Penalty fee of $ 20.00 for the first 1/2 hour and $ 5.00 for each additional 1/2 hour will be applied for early arrival or late pick up.  For late payments a 2% interest charge will be levied on overdue accounts.

Multiple Child discount:

A 10% discount will be applied to the eldest child’s rate for families with more than one child in attendance.

Early Learning Program:

ELP is available Sept. - June excluding school breaks.  Children can be scheduled  Mon/Wed. or Tues/Thurs with alternating Fri or all 5 mornings at Harwich Raleigh for 9:30 – 12. A half day option with lunch is available at St. Anne’s from 9:30 – 2 paying the difference of $4.00 per session.   All other preschool children are eligible for the monthly ELP rebate, $17.00 per morning ( 9 – 11:30),which is applied to family's accounts the following month.

Fees for Field trips/swim & skating:

Parents will be notified for the child's cost to participate.
